Keeping track of “who has what” gets messy fast, especially once devices start moving around and issues crop up.
That’s why we’ve added a new Asset Register in Kribik.
Asset Register (IT → Assets)
Create a central register of customer or internal devices, including details like:
Asset tag and serial number
Type (laptop, desktop, phone, etc.)
Owner, department, location
Lifecycle status (for example In Stock, In Use, Retired)
Criticality, encryption status
Purchase date and warranty expiry
Supplier, make and model
Link tickets to specific assets
When a ticket is raised, you can associate it with the exact device involved, so you get instant context and a cleaner history of recurring issues. You can also create a ticket directly from an asset’s detail page.
Import your existing list via CSV
Already have an asset list in a spreadsheet or an export from another system? Use the new CSV Sync flow to upload your file, map columns, and bring everything into Kribik quickly.
Faster triage: less back-and-forth to identify the affected machine
Better history: see what’s happened to a device over time
Clearer ownership and lifecycle: know what’s in stock, deployed, or due replacement
Warranty visibility: spot devices coming up to expiry before they become urgent
